3 Steps Towards a Fitter Lifestyle

Once you have your activation card, you need to complete 3 simple steps before your program can commence:

Registration  [Start Here!]

First, you will need to register your basic details with us such as name, age and some contact details. Once you have registered, we send your username and password to you via email. Please keep these details safe as you will need them to login to the site each week. Click the Step 1 button to the left to register now.

Health Assessment

Next, you need to complete your health assessment questionnaire. This should only take a few minutes and is an essential part of the process so we can tailor the right exercise and nutrition plans for you. Click the Step 2 button to start the assesssment.

Activation

Lastly, you need to enter your activation code as displayed on the activation card you received as part of your Guy Leech retail pack. Click the Step 3 button now and then type in your activation code in the space provided to start the program!
